DOVER, Del., Sept. 23, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Home Shopping Latino Inc. (Pink Sheets:HSPG - News) announced today that Home Shopping Latino Inc. and Shopping En Espanol, Inc., a private Miami corporation, officers Nydia Del Valle and Delio Trejo with offices located at 8567 Coral Way # 321 Miami, FL 33155 have both agreed in principle to join forces and begin setting in motion the launch of VIVA’s Latino network and website operations. Frank Celecia was quoted as saying, “I have signed an agreement granting 50% of the common stock in our company for an investment of 20 million dollars. The subscription agreement has been forwarded to Representative Ms. Rosario Moreno and negotiated by myself and Nydia Del Valle and Mr. Delio Trejo. In addition, the company will grant two board seats to Shopping En Espanol Inc. bringing the new total of HSL, Inc.’s board to 6 members. The agreement is subject to being counter signed by Shopping En Espanol and approved by the existing board of Directors of HSL, Inc. with funds deposited in HSL, Inc.’s account no later than October 30th 2009.”
