Recently, I wanted to invest in a smallcap company traded on the OTCBB that I didn’t know much about. I began to review the SEC filings about the company and something didn’t seem right.
I began to do some homework on the company and used a great source
I would recommend it to anybody.
For about $50, you can do a great background search on a CEO, etc.
It’s a great tool to avoid a disaster.
